I think Professor Win Cho should set up a fund with the help of his erstwhile mentors so that the wealthy in that region and the entire Burma as well can donate according to their financial capacities. Then Professor Win Cho can utilze the money, with somebody overseeing the account, to build more safer classroom, hire more teacher, purchase education related equipments, stationery and so forth. Member of the community with higher social position should give Professor Win Cho a hand in coping with these issues. You can not entirely rely upon Professor Win Cho, who appears a bit exhausted. With a steady stream of funds flow in, Professor Win Cho can become a full-time lecturer and relinquish the part-time job at night club with cabaret. In the meantime, a long run goal for this primary school can be set up.
